Breakages
All items are checked prior to being shipped and are carefully wrapped. If you find that any items are damaged on receipt, please contact us within 7 days. IceBox Skating will make the claim on your behalf to the Royal Mail and make arrangements for collection of the broken item(s). Arrangements will be made for delivery of a replacement with the customer as soon as possible after collection.
